Happy birthday to one adorable little blue eyed cutie patootie! Taylor’s pictures were scheduled really close to bed time (as are all of my children sessions — I wish the best light came at an earlier time). Needless to say, she was a tad tired which meant mommy, daddy and I had to pull out all the tricks in order to get the cute shots. I bet you can’t tell she was eating yogurt melts the whole time? I literally had to snap most of the shots in between her mouth wide open chews.During sessions like these my camera never leaves my face. That means my left eye is closed for one hour straight, which in turn means that when I get in the car to leave and look in the mirror, I am always startled by a scary woman looking back at me that has mascara smeared all down the left side of her face and one jacked up eyebrow. Maybe photographers should get tattooed makeup? Hmm…..

Anyways…..thanks again C&J.  It has been a pleasure documenting Taylor’s first year.
