As many of you know I am now offering weddings again! When Renee emailed me asking to photograph her elopement I jumped at the chance. Starting with something small was the perfect to ease back into doing weddings. They flew in from Montana for an intimate elopement. How awesome! I just loved all her handmade details and her style. I mean LOOK at those shoes!! Just gorgeous.
We started at the Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin where we grabbed some pre-ceremony couples shots. Then we headed over to Chapel Dulcinea for the actual ceremony then finished with more pictures afterwards. The whole entire day was supposed to be rainy so I came prepared with rainy day/umbrella pose ideas in my head. Every time I looked down at my forecast on my phone is showed it would start raining in the next hour. This happened every hour until 9pm. It never rained! We lucked out.
Thanks again Renee & Bob for choosing me to capture your special day. I really enjoyed it. Best of luck to you two.
These names are all their ghost guests 🙂 A few celebrities even made an appearance.
Renee chose to have an elephant there to represent their love because elephants stay together forever. So sweet.
