FILES MAY NOT BE SHARED, DISTRIBUTED, PUBLISHED OR SOLD.
THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR A ONE TIME PURCHASE. IF LOST OR DAMAGED, AN ADDITIONAL COPY MUST BE PURCHASED AGAIN.
FILES MAY BE INSTALLED ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER PROVIDED YOU PERSONALLY OWN EACH OF THE COMPUTERS THAT THE FILES ARE INSTALLED ONTO.
Q&A
Q: Can I use the photos of products on your site or blog on my website/marketing materials/catalog?
A: No. Because my products and photos are copyrighted, they are property of Hanna Mac Photography. Anyone claiming them as their own will be in violation of those copyrights.
Q: May I use a digital element from one of your templates for my logo/website/blog?
A: No.
Q: I lost all of my files that I purchased from you. Can you please resend them to me?
A: Unfortuntately I cannot. Please backup your files as soon as you receive them.
Q: I am a professional photographer/graphic designer. Can I incorporate part of your template into my own temlpate design?
A: No. You cannot use my design elements such as backgrounds, illustrations, files, etc and make your own templates for re-sale. Q: Can I sell your templates in my online store? A: No. You cannot resell anything you purchase from me. However, if you are a professional photographer and you would like to incorporate a part of my product in a design you are offering a client, you may do so.

COPYRIGHT
Hanna Mac Photography retains the copyright on all products, files, graphics, designs and photographs sold within her shop. Hanna Mac Photography products are never to be resold or distributed.
USAGE GUIDELINES
No artwork / designs created by Hanna Mac Photography may be modified. All designs are to be used within its intention. Do not claim this product as your own design. Please respect all copyright laws.
You MAY do the following:
Use my products for products you offer to your clients for sale through your photography business or for your own personal use.
Post flattened JPEG and PNG files on your blog, website, or Facebook for display purposes to show clients designs that you offer.
You MAY NOT do the following:
Sell flattened, digital files from my templates to your photography clients so that they can print the designs on their own.
Alter our files in any shape or manner and claim them as your own.
Use my design elements such as backgrounds, illustrations, files, etc and make your own templates for re-sale.
Redistribute or share our files with other photographers, designers, etc.
PRINTING
Please note, that the colors you see on your screen may slightly differ to the actual printout result as this depends on the calibration of your monitor, the ink and the printing process.
